first part have or have power to convey or dispose of whether individually or by virtue of said

and Jane L.W. Newman, his wife, Charles d. Blood and Louise M. Blood his wife, of the Town of
Ithaca, said County and State ITHACA TRUST COMPANY as Executor of the Last Will and Testament
of Franklin C. Cornell, late of the Town of Ithaca, deceased; and Elmer S. Savage and Genevieve
b. Savage, his wife, of the City of Ithaca, said County and State, parties of the first part,
and THE TOWNSHIP OF ITHACA, being a part of the County of Tompkins and State of New York,
' party of the second part,
WITNESSETH that the parties of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) lawful
money of the United Mates, and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second

part, do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, for all the
purposes of a public highway, a strip of land 66 feet in width extending northwesterly from the
intersection of The Parkway and Hanshaw Road to Highgate Road, the northerly line of said
strip being described as follows, to wit:- BEGINNING at an iron pipe set in the northerly line -
of Hanshaw Road and located north 370 481 west 50.7 feet from the iron pipe manument marking
the southeasterly corner of The Parkway-Hanshaw Road intersection; running thence along a curve
to the left with chord of north 450 321 west 118 feet to an iron pipe; thence continuing on a
flat curve to the left with a chord of north 500 221 west 200 feet to an iron pipe; thence
reversing the curvature and extending along a very flat curve to the right with a chord of
north 510 38t west 166.3 feet to an iron pipe; and thence along a sharper curve to the right
with a chord of north of 490 211 west 202.5 feet to an iron pipe set in the easterly line of

Highgate Road at a point SO feet southerly along said easterly line from the south line of the
premises of -bertha Kline; as surveyed by Carl Crandall, Civil Engineer, on the 23rd day of
November 1934.
This conveyance is made by the parties of the first part comprising all parties interested
in theownership of the lands adjoining the street hereinabove described, and accepted by
the party of the second part to definitely fix and determine and location of the street or
highway known as The Parkway Extension as now agreed upon; being that portion of The tarkway
extending from Hanshaw Road northwesterly to Highgate Road. And to that end to modify and
take the place of the route of said Parkway Extension as defined in the deed from Qayuga
Heights Land Corporation, et al., to The Township of Ithaca acknowledged February 24, 1932
and recorded in book 229 of Leeds, at page 151. And also to grant consent to the moving of
the monument at intersection of the east line of The Parkway with the southeast boundary of
Hanshaw Road four feet southwesterly.
And the party of the second part, by LaGrand E. Chase, Supervisor of the Town of Ithaca,
acting pursuant to authority duly given by action of the Town Board of Ithaca at a meeting held
December S, 1934 does hereby annul the said conveyance of right of way for the Parkway Exten-
sion so recorded March 24, 1932 in book 229 of Feeds, at page 151, and accepts this conveyance
in place thereof; and does hereby release, quitclaim and convey to the said Elmer b. bavage
and to the Cayuga Heights Land Corporation, respectively, the portions of land on the north
side of said Parkway Extension adjacent to their respective holdings thereon, and to Charles
H. Blood and the Ithaca Trust company as executor of the will of Franklin C. Cornell, decreased,
so much of the lands on the south side of the said Parkway bxtension, as were included in
the deed so recorded in Book 229 of Leeds, at page 151 and are not included in the new location
of said Parkway Extension hereinabove described.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, and to
the several parties of the first part as hereinabove recited.

Last Will and Testament LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
cf : IN THE NAME OF GOD: AMEN. I, Sophia B. Kresge, of the City of
Sophia b. Kresge. : Ithaca, N.Y., in the County of Tompkins and Stateof rew York,
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ __ _X being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make publish
and declare this my last WILL AND TESTAMENT in manner following that is to say:
FIRST. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
SECOND. I give and bequeath to my niece, Mrs. Grace R. Harvey of Ithaca, N.Y., the sum of
Five thousand Dollars ($50000) I hereby desire to acknowledge the deep sense of obligation I
feel to said grace R. Harvey, because of her helpfulness and kindness to my husband, Theodore
Kresge and myself. She has been like a devoted daughter to me. In case of the death of said
Grace R. Harvey before me, I give and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000)
to her husband, nay R. Harney.
THIRD. I give and bequeath to Anthony Uarruso the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) and
it is my desire that all notes and indebtedness that he owes me shall be cancelled, also my
piano radio and Victrola.
FOURTH I give and bequeath to the Trumb ulls Corners cemetery the sum of Two hundred
Dollars ($200) the same to be deposited in the Ithaca "avings bank and the income thereon used
for the perpetual care of the Isiah n. Rumsey lot and the Reuben Kresge lot in the said
Cemetery and for the care and upkeep of the stones and monuments thereon. I also give and
bequeath to the -ake view Cemetery Ithaca, N.Y., the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100) to be
likewise deposited in the Ithaca wrings bank and the income thereon to be used for the perpet.
ual care and upkeep of the lot in said cemetery where my husband is buried and where I am to
be buried.
FIFTH. I give and bequeath to Ezra Leonard of Odessa, N.Y., the sum of Two Hundred
Dollars ($200)
SIXTH. I give and bequeath to Christine Leonard the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.)
SEVENTH. I give and bequeath to Marie Leonard Martin the sum of Fifty Dollars ($ dollars
