of the land 40 feet in width, bounded on the north and west by a line commencing at an iron
stake on the east side of fianshaw Road located one hundred seventy one (171) feet northerly from

dated July 31, 1929., and recorded in Tompkins County Clerk's Office in Book No. 218 of Deeds
at page 476,, said north and west line running through iron pipes located as follows: North 83
1 degrees 33 minutes east 80 feet distant from said first mentioned pipe to the second pipe;
thereafter followings, gentle curve to the left; thence north 65 degrees 45 minutes east 177
feet to the third pipe; thence north 52 degrees 5 minutes east 100 feet to the fourth pipe;
thence north 27 degrees 33 minutes east 110 feet to the fifth pipe located 176 feet easterly
from the southwest corner of Lot 27lBj, contracted to be sold to said Ellwood Wilson party of
the first part; thence north 2 degrees 16 minutes east 178 feet to an iron pipe in the south
line of Klinewoods Road 178 feet easterly from the northwest corner of said Lot 271B.
