Thomas R. Brown, Owner; Shane Brown, Applicant. Mr, Balcome was present as an agent for the owner with appropriate authorization to represent the parties on file. Mr, Brown gave an overview, saying that he is a longtime family friend and handling the estate and by chance they received two offers on the property, one for a piece of the property and one from the *wner of the adjacent lot to buffer her property. The buyer of Parcel A has stated they will eventually build a single-family home and the neighbJEN purchasing Parcel B will consolidate it with her current property. I Ms. Meier Swain asked if we consider stormwater in this instance. Ms, Balestra responded that we do not when the action is just a subdivision when no plans are really known about a house or structure. Historically, for a simple subdivision like this, we do not address stormwater. If it was a larger subdivision with plans, such as the Mountin subdivision, we would because those are sketched out in concept and location and the effects would be known.
