Right of Way and a parcel marked 'Park" on a map prepared by John S.
MacNeill, Jr., licensed engineer and surveyor, entitled "Subdivision
Plat - South Hill Estates" dated (revised) 22 November, 1971, bounded
and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the northerly line
of the proposed Northview Road West at the southwesterly corner of Lo
4, as shown on said map; thence north 60 11' 5411 east 180 feet to a
pipe in the northwesterly corner of Lot No. 4; thence north 800 37'18
east 123.79 feet to a pipe in the northeasterly corner of said Lot 4;
thence north 470 11, 181, west 214.72 feet to a pipe; thence south 770
321, 41" west 150 feet to a pipe; thence south 140 45' 0411 east 121.34
feet to a pipe in the northwesterly corner of Lot No. 5; thence south
830 481 06t1 east 131.84 feet to a pipe in the northeasterly corner of
Lot 5, said pipe also being,at the northerly terminus of the 20-ft.
right of way, as shown on said map; thence south 60 11' 54" west 180
feet along the easterly line of said Lot 5 (being the westerly line o
said 20 ft. right:of way) to a pipe in the northerly line of said
Northview Road West; thence easterly 20 feet along the northerly line
of -said Northview Road to -the place of beginning.
The above described premises consist of a 20-foot right of way,as
shown on said map, leading to and from said Northview Road West and
the area on said map marked "Parkft.
Moyttfltr with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the part ies
of the first part in and to said premises,
To feat and to flout the premises herein Granted unto the party of the
second part, its successors and assigns forever.
And said parties of the first part
covenant as follows:

the improvement and will apply the same first to 'the payment- of tine cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the Same for anyother purpose.

Hill Estates, Coddington Road", Ithaca, New York, made for Hilker
Construction by John S. MacNeill, Jr., Dated October 22, 1971, approved
by the Planning Board of the Town of Ithaca on December 21,g 1971)
Planning Board approval revised April 25, 1972, and approved by the
Tompkins County Health Department on April 25, 1972, and a copy of whic]
was filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office on May 9, 1972.
BEING a part of the premises described in a deed to Henry E. Hilker
and Willis S. Hilker dated November 29, 1971 and recorded in the Tomp-
kins County Clerks Office in Liber 497 of Deeds at page 315.
