paid by the party of the second part, does hereby Brant and release unto the
party of the second part, its successors, representatives
and assigns forever, all THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of
Ithaca, County of Tompkins and State,.cE New York bounded and described
as follows: Beginning at an iron pipe marking the southwesterly corner
of Lot No. 62 as shown on a survey map made by Thomas G. Miller, engi-
neer and surveyor under date of August 12, 1968;, entitled "Final Plan,
Otto B. Schoenfeld, Williamsburg Park Subdivision 4,3, Simsbury Drive
Development, Village of Cayuga Heights --Town of Ithaca", which said map
was filed in Tompkins County Clerk's Office December 27,1968 in Map
Book F-7 at page 32; thence running North 820 40' West "and along the
southerly line of Lot No-. 61 as shown on said survey a total distance of
37.6 feet to an iron pipe,'which said iron pipe marks the northeasterly
corner of premises conveyed by Otto B. Schoenfeld to Raymond Driscoll by
deed recorded in said Clerk's Office in Book 394 of Deeds at page 225,
passing through an iron pipe at 10 feet; thence running South 5 59' Wes
and along the easterly line of said Driscoll parcel 203.6 feet to an
iron pipe set in the northerly line of a 50-foot turn -around circle con-
veyed to the Town of Ithaca by deed recorded i'n said Clerk's Office in
Book 387 of Deeds at page 265, said iron'pipe marks a southeasterly corn
of the premises so conveyed .by the deed recorded in Book 394 of Deeds
at page 225; thence running northeasterly on the circumference of said
turn -around circle, a chord distance North 720 09, East 10.85 feet to
an iron pipe; thence running North 50 59' East 166.6 feet to an iron
pipe; thence running North 500 48' East 39 feet to an iron pipe; thence
running North 70 07, East 4 feet to an iron pipe marking the point br
place of beginning.
It is intended hereby to convey the premises labelled "Parcel I
0.05 acres to be conveyed to the Town of Ithaca" shown on a survey made
by R.L. MacDowe.11, Jr., L.S. under date of August 29, 1970, the above
description having been made in accordance with said map, a copy of whic
was filed in Tompkins County Clerk's Office. on November 4. 1970. t%
The above conveyance is made and accepted subject to visible ease-
ments and easements of record.

improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
