Release from Lien of Escrow Agreement
Pursuant to the provisions of an Escrow Agreement dated
September 6, 1983, between HouseCraft Builders, Inc., and Jerold
M. Weisburd, of 167-1 Calkins Road, Ithaca, New York, and the
Town of Ithaca, a municipal corporation, 126 East Seneca Street,
Ithaca, New York, recorded or filed in the Tompkins County
Clerk's Office on September 6, 1983 in Liber 26 of Miscellaneous
Records at Page 643.
The following described unit or lot in the above -described
subdivision in the Town of Ithaca, Tompkins County, New York, is
released from any lien which may be imposed under said agreement.
PROPERTY RELEASED:
LOT 19
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement has been duly executed by
the Town of Ithaca.
