Weisburd, of 167-1 Calkins Road, Ithaca, New York, and the Town of Ithaca, a municipal corporation, 126 East Seneca Street, Ithaca, New York, recorded or filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office on September 6, 1983 in Liber 26 of Miscellanequs Records at Page 643. The following described unit subdivision in the Town of Ithaca, released from any lien which may be PROPERTY RELEASED: LOT 13 or lot in the above -described Tompkins County, New York, is imposed under said agreement.
