Pursuant to the provisions of an Escrow Agreement dated
August 31, 1983, between HouseCraft Builders Inc., and Jerold
Weisburd, of 167-1 Calkins Road, Ithaca, New York, and the Town
or Ithaca, a municipal corporation, 126 East Seneca Street,
Ithaca, New York, recorded or filed in the Tompkins County
Clerk's Office Book Deeds, page
The following described unit or lot in the above -described
subdivision in the Town of Ithaca, Tompkins County, New York, is
released from any lien which may be imposed under said agreement.
PROPERTY RELEASED:
Lot 29A - Cluster C
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement has been duly executed by
the Town of Ithaca.
