I. STANLEY GOLDBERG, being duly sworn, deposes and
says:
1. He was formerly

up until the time of Eastern Heights, Inc. dissolution.
2. He is fully familiar with propeities owned by

Eastern Heights on July 1, 1974.
3. He m6t- a general partner in pings Lane Company,
which is presently conveying certain real property to the Town
of Ithaca and Andrew and Katherine Milnor.
4. The property is being so conveyed to the Town of
Ithaca and Andrew and Katherine Milnor were owned by Eastern Heigh
Inc., until July 1, 1974 and were included in the deed transferrin
property from Eastern Heights to Kings Lane Company dated July 1,
1974 recorded August 27, 1914 in Book 531 of Deeds at page 44 in
the Tompkins County Clerk's Office.
5. The undersigned certifies, warrants and represents
fthe Town of Ithaca and to Andrew and Katherine Milnor of the
�regoing and further certifies war rants•and represents that �I
there are no unrecorded conveyances or any other conveyances,
contracts, mortgages, or liens affecting any of the premises .
being conveyed concurrently to the Town of Ithaca and to Andrew
IN and Katherine Milnor by three deeds dated�17 har

than as setforth in said three deeds.
6. Deponent further certifies that he is a general
partner of Kings Lane Company, that he .is fully authorized in
that capacity to convey real property owned by Kings Lane Cam-
ppny and that the deeds herein mentioned to the Town of Ithaca
and to Andrew and Katherine Milnor have been authorized by the

7. Deponent makes this Affidavit knowing the
transferees
