County of Tompkins, New York, to be know as County
Sever District No. 1 for a portion of the Tows of S
Lansing, Dryden and Ithaca, and the Village of Cayuga
'Heights for the purpose of treatment end disposal of

1 WHEREAS, it is now desired to adopt an order pursuant to Section Zit of
�Ithe County Law establishing said Tompkins Count; Sewer District No. 1; SOY
;THEREFORE,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of Representatives of the Ceuaty of

(,Tompkins, New York, as follows:
Section 1. A County Sewer District in the County of Tom9kims, lay
'York, to be designated and known as Tompkins County Sewer District Ms. 1, is j
hereby established in accordance with the aforesaid order of the State curry-
ltroller. Said District shall comprise the area in said County consistimy of a '
(,portion of the Town of Lansing, Dryden and Ithaca, and the Village of Ca~
Heights,more particularly bounded and described in Exhibit A attached berets
l! and made a part hereof.
�I Section 2. The Clerk of this Board of Representatives is bereby
;authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this order to be recorded E
'I in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Tompkins, New'York, Is aocarasoce
with the provisions of Section 259 of the County Law.
