RESOLVED AND DETERMINED:
(1) That the notice of hearing was posted and published

improvement.

Town of Ithaca lying within the boundaries of the Town but not
including the land lying within the boundaries of the Village of
Cayuga Heights, being the only Village in the Town.

ENGINEER'S REPORT
CODDINGTON ROAD EXTENSION
TO THE
TOWN OF ITHACA WATER SYSTEM
TOMPKINS COUNTY, NEW YORK
The facilities to be constructed and the properties to
be served
by this extension are shown on the attached map.
The extension will be financed on a benefits derived
b-asis determined by the Town Board. Annual costs of the exten
s1on will
be as shown on the proposed bond schedule$ which is
attached.
In addition to the benefits derived charge, a water
consumption charge will also be levied when connections are
made between, the watermain and the house.
