Section 220 The said East Shore Sewer District is hereby

Sewer District and of constructing the mprovements proposed
therefor, and for the acquisition of anyllands and rights of way
shall be borne entirely by the petitioner, and no partioa*of the
expense thereof shall be borne in any way by the Town of Ithaca,
and no bonds or obligations of any type are to be issued by the

the construction of all improvements thereon shall be in conform
with the Town Law and other applicable statutes, laws and rules
and shall be made in accordance with the requirements of the.

Town,/nymunicipality providing sewage disposal and treatment

facilities, the County of Tompkins and State of Now York, or any

agency or department of any of the foregoing governmental units,
and the construction of said improvements shall be subj*ct to such

supervision -as the Town or other officer, agency or governmental
unit having jurisdiction in the matter shall require. At any time
the Torn may 9equiro petitioners to furnish such security or
Indemnity bond with appropriate surety as may bo,required to save
and hold ha' less the Town or.other officer, agency or governmental
unit from an damges, costs, expenses or liability which may be
Incurred because of the construction of said Improvements.:
