HomeMy WebLinkAboutBF146830-001LIDER 17 PACE . 238 BEFORE THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF ITHACA$ TOMPKINS COUNTY NEW YORK In the Matter of s The Establishment of Extension No. 2 s To the SECOND SOUTH HILL WATER s FINAL ORDER ESTABLISHING DISTRICT (1966) EXTENSION TO DISTRICT : In the Town of Ithaca, County of s Tompkins and State of New York, t .A petition in this matter for .the creation.1. of . an extension to the water � district to be known ae EXTENSION NO. 2 TO THE SECOND SOUTH HILL WATER DISTRICT (1966) in the Town of Ithacaq Tompkins Countyq New York9 having been duly presented to the Town Board, together with the necessary map and plan attached thereto, and an order having been duly adopted by the Town Board on February 139 1967, for the hearing of all persons interested in the matter on the 13th day of Mareht 1967, at 5:10 P.M. at. the Town of Ithaca Offices at 108 East Green Street in the City of Ith.aeag Tompkins County) New York, an a hearing by the said Board having been duly held at such time and place, and it having been duly resolved and determined follow- ing such hearing that the petition herein was signed and acknow- ledged or proved as required by law and otherwise sufficient, that all the property and property owners within the proposed district extension were benefited therebyg that all property and property owners benefited were included within the limits of the proposed district extension, and that it was in public interest to grant in whole the relief sought9 and it having been then and there further duly resolved that the establishment of such district to the State Department of Audit and Control st Albany, New Yorkq for permission to•create such district extension as more fully provided for by Town Law9 Section 1949 and the State Comptroller having duly made an order in duplicate "dated Ju1-y 7 granting permission for the creation of the district extension; and one copy of such order having been duly filed in the office of the State Department of Audit and Control at Albany, New Yorkq and the other in the office of the Town Clerk of this Towns and the Town Clerk having duly presented such order to this Board i at this meeting, being its first meeting held after the said order was filed with her, it is hereby ORDEREDt That an extension to a water sms+s= district be established in the said Town of.Ithaeaq Tompkins Countyq New York as described in the order of the State Comptroller'aforssaid tobe designated as EXTENSION NO@2 TO THE SECOND SOUTH HILL WATER DISTRICT (1966); That the said district extension be of the following description and boundaries, to wits i I i WER 17 PACE 239 } IIBER 1� PACE 240 urawurrivr yr rnvrW0DM wa4.Arir 0r EXTEr 1021 NO. 2 TO UM SECOND SOUTH HI:.i_.
