Commencing at the point of intersection of the east line of Highland

County Clerk's Office in Book 229 of Deeds at page 153; thence southerly along the
east line of Highland Road 50 feet to the south line of Highgate Road; thence westerly
across Highland Road, 50 feet to the northeast corner of Lot VB of the Perkshire
Section as shown on the map above mentioned; thence north 85 111 west 175 feet to the
