MAC NA:MEE, his wife, both of Coddington Road - - - - - - - - - - - X in the Town of Ithaca, County of Tompkins and State of A ew York, parties of the first part, and TOWN OF ITHACA, a municipal corporation in the County of Tompkins and State of New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part, in consideration of One 00/100 Dollar ($1.00 &c.) lawful money of the United States, and other good and sufficient consideration paid by the party of the second part, do hereby remise, release, and quitclaim unto the par- ty of the second part, its successors and assigns forever, ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Ithaca, County of Tompkins and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: Commencing at a northerly corner of premises recently conveyed to Malcolm Mattice and wife by deed recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office in Liber 261 of Deeds at page 111, said point of beginning being at • the westerly end of the divisi6n line between Lots 4 and 5 as shown on a "Map of Subdivision for C.V.P. Young located on Coddington Road, Town of Ithacan filed in Tompkins County Clerk►s 1 Office September 17, 1934, which map is made by Carl Crandall, C.E. and dated August 19, 1933; running thence south 50 degrees 48 minutes west to the westerly side of the proposed road shown on said map; thence running south and southwesterly along the northwest side of said proposed road to the northeasterly side of the Coddington Road; thence southeasterly along the northeasterly side of the Coddington Road fifty (50) feet to the southeasterly side of said proposed road; thence northeasterly and north parallel to the second described course and fifty (50) feet southeasterly and easterly therefrom to the point or place of beginning. TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the parties of the first part in and to said premises, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever.
