the Tompkins County Clerk's office and also shown, with a turn -around,
an a "Map showing Kay Street Extension Otto Kapp Subdivision To Be
Conveyed to the Town of Ithaca", made by E. D. Crumb, and dated May 28
1960, a copy of which is to be filed in said Clerk's office, and more
particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at an iron
Pipe in the northeasterly portion of the circular turn -around, at the
northerly end of Kay Street, a chord distance of 22 feet southeasterly i
from the southeast corner of premises now of James M. and Mery Hunter

'5 feet, the center point of which is one (1) foot north of the extends

line of said "Private Lane" and parallel to the first described course,
