E., dated November 5, 19550 j and amended March 28 1956 a cop y of which was filed April 3, 1956 in the Tompkins County Clerk's office and also shown, with a turn -around, an a "Map showing Kay Street Extension Otto Kapp Subdivision To Be Conveyed to the Town of Ithaca", made by E. D. Crumb, and dated May 28 1960, a copy of which is to be filed in said Clerk's office, and more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at an iron Pipe in the northeasterly portion of the circular turn -around, at the northerly end of Kay Street, a chord distance of 22 feet southeasterly i from the southeast corner of premises now of James M. and Mery Hunter I Hartshorne (Libor 399-of Deeds at, page 483h thence easterly along the a ' 432 rAa855 r .4 LISFR 432 FAoE806 forth line of said "Private Lane", and said north line extended to the !ast, 435.8 feet to the east line of premises of Irwin R. and Elinor L. Fisher hereinafter referred to; thence in a circle having a radius of '5 feet, the center point of which is one (1) foot north of the extends ;enter line of said "Private Lane" and 51 feet along said extended canto line from the southeast corner of said Fisher premises, to a point one (1) foot north of the south line of premises conveyed to Otto Kapp by jeorge Peter and wife by Deed dated August 15, 1960, 'an&— recorded in said Clerk's office, and which point is also 63 feet southeasterly from the point of intersection of the extended south line of said "Private Lane" with the east line bf the premises of Arthur A. Muka and wife hereinafter referred to; thence northwesterly and westerly along said circle to said point of intersection of said extended south line of said "Private Lane" with said Muka's east line; thence west along the south line of said "Private Lane" and parallel to the first described course, and 50 feet south therefrom, 413.7 feet to an it►on pipe in the south - first east line of the circular turn-around/above referred to; thence north* ,asterly and northwesterly alin- said circular turn -around, a chord iistance of about 52 feet to the point or place of beginning.
