Fox and wife, dated April 26, 1951, and recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office in Book 343 of Deeds at page 219, which point is on the boundary line between Military Lots 89 and 90, approximately 384 feet westerly along said line from the center line of Warren Road; thence westerly along said military lot boundary 234. 5 feet to a pipe; thence northerly on a line parallel with the west boundary of the DeForest premises 234. 5 feet to a pipe; thence easterly on a line parallel with the military lot boundary 234. 5 feet to a pipe at the northwest corner of the De Fore t premises; thence southerly along the west boundary of the DeForest premises 234. 5 feet to the place of beginning, containing approximately one. and one -quarter acres of land. Being, the same premises conveyed to the `party of the first part by deed of Otto B. Schoenfeld, dated August 21, 1958, recorded in Book 411 of Deeds at page 376, and this conveyance is subject to the reversion clause contained in said deed in the event that said premises are used on or before August 21, 1978 for any purpose other than a public use.�g �� 76 -7-7 i Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part in I and to a water pipe line extending from the Christopher Circle water tank on the above described premises westerly along the southern boundary of property of i Otto B..
