of John W. DeForest; thence southerly along an extension to the south of the east
boundary of said tank site 10 feet to the north line of he east and west branch of
Christopher Circle; thence westerly along the north line of Christopher Circle
234. 5 feet; thence northerly 10 feet to the southwest corner of the tank site conveyed
by the above mentioned deed; thence easterly along the south boundary of said tank
site 234, 5 feet to the place of beginning.
The grantees by accepting this deed covenant that the conveyed
premises shall never be used as a public highway,nor as access to
Christopher Circle by any private individuals without the written
consent of the owner of the remainder of the ten foot strip of land
lying between the east and west branch of Christopher Circle and the
north line of the lands of the grantor. 41'
