The Grantor hereby grants to Grantee perpetual easements, the terms of all of which are more particularly set
forth in the Permanent Water, Sewer, Access, Stormwater/Drainage Easements and Rights -of -Way which is
attached as Schedule A to the Operation, Maintenance and Reporting Agreement, dated June 7, 2012, recorded
in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office on June 27, 2012 as Instrument No. 593498-001, which easements are
incorporated into this grant of easement as if set forth in full.
