BEING the purpose of this Deed to dedicate the afore -described premises to the Village of Lansing for use as a public highway AND, this deed is being delivered to the grantee herein concurrently with a deed from I dward Y Crossmore and Deena G. Crossmore, Burzoe K. Ghandhi and Nancy F. Ghandhi, and Trevor Donovan (the "Crossmore Deed"), and this deed is intended to be recorded concurrently with the Crossmore Deed for the purpose of the grantors herein and therein conveying to the grantee herein any and all of their respective rights, title and interests un and to the property described herein and conveyed hereunder.
