Subdivision Plat and the roadways therein as filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office on March 27,
2008 as Instrument Number 523633-010.
BEING the purpose of this Deed to dedicate the afore -described premises to the Village of Lansing for use as
a public highway
AND, this deed is being delivered to the grantee herein concurrently with a deed from I dward Y Crossmore
and Deena G. Crossmore, Burzoe K. Ghandhi and Nancy F. Ghandhi, and Trevor Donovan (the "Crossmore
Deed"), and this deed is intended to be recorded concurrently with the Crossmore Deed for the purpose of
the grantors herein and therein conveying to the grantee herein any and all of their respective rights, title and
interests un and to the property described herein and conveyed hereunder.
SUBJECT TO the following as they affect the above described premises:
1 Easement granted to New York State Electric and Gas Corporation by instrument dated December 10,
1962 and recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office on January 30,1963 at 443 Deeds page 5S4
2 Water Main Right of Way granted to the Town of Lansing by instrument dated December 17, 1970 and
recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office on February 4, 1972 at498 Deeds page 799-
3 Fasement granted to New York State Electric and Gas Corporation by instrument dated April 28, 1975
and recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office on June 11,1975 at 545 Deeds page 059.
-1 Water System Easement granted to Town of Ithaca, et al, by instrument dated January 17, 1975 and
recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office on December 18,1975 at 549 Deeds page 383
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the Party of the First Part in and to said
premise~,
SUB)ECT TO the Trust Fund provisions of Section 13 of the Lien Law.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the Party of the Second Part, its heirs and assigns
forever
AND the Party of the First Part covenants that it has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises
have been encumbered in any manner whatever
