Beginning at a point in the westerly highway boundary of Trumansburg—!theca State Highway No. 616, said 'point
being 42.05' distant westerly, measured at right angles, from station 394+53.12 of the hereinafter described survey
base line for the proposed reconstruction of the Trumansburg —Ithaca State Highway No. 616; thence on a curve to
the left, have a chord bearing and distance of S 48' 14'57" W 20.00', a radius of 425.87' and an arc distance of
20.01 ' to a point 62.05' distant westerly, measured at right angles, from station 394+53.32 of said baseline; thence
N 40*58'1 1 " W, 20.23' to a point 61.98' distant westerly, measured at right angles, from station 394+33.08 of said
baseline; thence N 64`58'31 " E, 20.80' to a point on the first mentioned westerly boundary of the said existing state
highway, the last mentioned point being 42.00' westerly, measured at right angles, from station 394+38.87 of said
baseline; thence southeasterly along the last mentioned westerly boundary of the said existing state highway 14.25' to
the point of beginning, being .3401 square feet — 0.008 acre, more or less.
The above mentioned survey base line is a portion of the survey base line for the reconstruction of the
Trumonsburg —Ithaca State Highway No. 616 as shown on a map on file in the office of the State Department of
Transportation and described as follows:
Beginning at Station 385+00, thence S 41' 11 '00" E, 24W feet to station 408+00.
All bearings referred to magnetic north as magnetic needle pointed 1939 A.D.
