MOTION made by Ronald Krantz, seconded James Niefer.
RESOLVED, that this Board grant the appeal of Pravin Patel, Appellant, requesting a variance from
the requirements of Article IV, Section 14 of the Town of Ithaca Zoning Ordinance, to be permitted to
maintain a two-family residence with a 9 foot side yard setback at 198 King Road East, Town of
Ithaca Tax Parcel No. 44-1-4.34, Residence District R-15.
FINDINGS:
a. The requirements for an area variance have been met.
