Town ai Ithara TeY Psr_al No 44-1-1u Dear Attorney Stumbari On September. 11, 1996 the Town of Ithaca Zoning Board of Appeals granted an area variance for the property at 129 Whitetail Drive. The variance permits the existing home to maintain a front yard building setback of 25 feet. The broperty, at this time, complies with the building setback requirements of both the Town of Ithaca Zoning Ordinance and the Deer Run subdivision site plan, as approved by the Town's Planning Board. This conclusion is based upon the information available to me, at this time, and should new information come to the attention of Town authorities, it could be rendered inaccurate.
