GATCH and SYLVIA GATCH, each being duly sworn, depose and say: That they are husband and wife and own certain real property on Seven Mile.Drive, Town of Ithaca, Tompkins County, NEW York, described in a deed to them from Adam Francis Gatch, dated October 3, 1988 and recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office October 21, 1988 in Liber 641 of Deeds at page 203. That deponents .have been advised that a judgment appears in the abstract of their property, filed by the Tompkins County Trust Company against Kimberlee A. and Paul E. Gatch of 312 Poole Circle, Newfield, New York. That deponents are not the same persons as the judgment -debtors, nor have they ever lived or resided at 312 Poole Circle, Newfield, New York.
