Made this llth day of August, 1993, by ORLANDO IACOVELLI and HELEN
IACOVELLI of 347 Coddington Road, Ithaca, New York, and RALPH IACOVELLI of
240 Pennsylvania Avenue, Ithaca, New York, hereinafter called •Grantor•;
c TO TSB TOWN OF ITHACA, a Municipality within the County of Tompkins
and State of New York.
WRZRSAS, the Grantor is the owner of real property (more particularly
described in Schedule A) on the northeasterly side of Coddington Road and
which properties are now designated as Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 on a subdivision
map entitled *Final Subdivision Plat, Klondike Manor, made by L. rabbroni,
dated January 9, 1989, revised November 9, 1989. December 18, 1989 and March
8, 1993, which map was filed in the Tompkins County Clerks Office on,
g April 20, 1993 at Drawer W, Page 182.
AND WRSRSAS, the Grantor has agreed to modify the original subdivision
plan in order to obtain certain approvals for other property .owned by
grantor;

y approved for the revised
subdivision as requested by the Grantor and the Grantor has received the
necessary approvals forthe other property referred to above;
AND WSSRSAB, the Grantor is willing to restrict the use of this
property.
NOW, TSSRZFORS, in consideration of the premises and of the approvals
s given by the Town of Ithaca, no other consideration herefor being given or
intended, the Grantor does hereby impose upon said real property in said
premises described on Schedule A; RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS to run with the land
until such time, if ever, that the Town of Ithaca or one of its duly
authorized boards or agencies shall by written instrument or Order release
the same as follows:
1. said land shall not be further subdivided, but shall remain intact
as shown on said subdivision map.

three persons executing this grant, any structure on Lot l shall be occupied
by a person or persons individually or collectively owning at least a 5li fee
title interest in the property,
