COMMONLAND COMMUNITY SUBDIVISION, TOWN OF ITHACA
Release from Lien of Escrow Agreement
Pursuant to the provisions of an Escrow Agreement dated
September 6, 1983, between House Craft Builders, Inc., and Jerold
M. Weisburd, of 167-1 Calkins Road, Ithaca, New York, and the
Town of Ithaca, a municipal corporation, 126 East Seneca Street,
Ithaca, New York, recorded or filed in the Tompkins County
Clerk's Office on September 6, 1983 in Liber 26 of Miscellaneous
Records at Page'643, and further, pursuant to the provisions of
an amendment to said Escrow Agreement entitled, Amendment to
Escrow Agreement, dated October 1, 1987, between House Craft
Builders, Inc., Jerold M. Weisburd, Commonland Cresdent
Development Corp., and the Town of Ithaca, recorded or filed in
the Tompkins County Clerk's Office on October 26, 1987, in Liber
31 of Miscellaneous Records at Page 347.
The following described unit or lot in the above -described
subdivision in the Town of Ithaca, Tompkins County, New York', is
released from any lien which may be imposed under said agreement,
as amended.
