Ithaca,— ^New York, recorded or filed in the Tompkins County
Clerk's Office on September 6, 1983 in Liber 26 of Miscellaneous
Records at Page 643, and further, pursuant to the provisions of
an amendment to said Escrow Agreement entitled, Amendment to
Escrow Agreement, dated October 1, 1987, between House Craft
Builders, Inc., Jerold M. Weisburd, Commonland Crescent
Development Corp., and the Town. of Ithaca, recorded or filed in
the Tompkins County Clerk's Office on October 26, 1987, in Liber
31 of Miscellaneous Records at Page 347.

released from any lien which may be
as amended.
