Weisburd, Commonland Crescent Development Corp., and the Town of Ithaca, recorded or f led in the Tompkins County Clerk's O f ce on October 26, 1987, in Liber 31 of Miscellaneous Records at Page 347. The following described unit or lot in the above -described subdivision in the Town of Ithaca, Tompkins County, New York, is released from any lien which may be imposed under said agreement, as amended.
