Release from Lien of Escrow Agreement
Pursuant to .the provisions of an Escrow Agreement dated
September 6, 1983, between HouseCraft Bui ers Inc., and Jerold
M. Weisburd, of 167-1 Calkins Road, Ithaca, New York, and the
Town of It aca, a municipal corporation, 126 East Seneca Street,
It aca, New York, recorded or filed -in the Tompkins County
Clerk's Office on September 6, 1983 in Liber 26 of Miscellaneous
Records at Page 643.
The following described unit or lot in the above -described
subdivision in the Town of Ithaca, Tompkins County, New York, is
released from any lien which may be imposed under said agreement.
PROPERTY RELEASED:
LOT 25
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement has been duly executed by
the Town of Ithaca.
