Grantor(s) agree on its behalf, and on behalf of its successors and assigns, and as a covenant running with the land, that the existing grade of the ground following the installation of Grantee's facilities shall remain unchanged. however, that any damage (other than for cutting, trimming and/or removing trees, roots, brush, PROVIDED, structures and other obstructions as above provided) to the property of the Grantor(s) caused by the Grantee in the exercise of its rights as above provided shall be borne by the Grantee.
