The sever main and appurtenances (or any other facilities)
constructed on said promiscs shall rewio the property of and shall
be under the control and supervision of the GRANTEE, but the
GRANTOR (1) reserves the underlying fee .title to said poperty
covered by said right-of-way, subject to the rights and pr 1i ages
herein granted to the GRANTEE, and (2) GRANTOR reserves this right
to use and enjoy said premises provided that such use shl.11 not
interfere with the construction, maintenance, operation or repair
of, or cause injury .or damage .to, the sewer main or other
facilities or appurtenances. The GRANTEE will rostriert its
operations to the minimum feasible width for said right-pt-way.
Whanaver any work is done on the GRANTOR'S premises the Gmtr Sk, at
no expanse to the owner of the premises, will rc=o all deb::is and
will restore the land to substantially the same condition it vat in

The permanent easement shall. be 20 fast wide.
The sewer line referred to herein is the line shown on the map
attached hereto which rune from an existing manhole (identified as
N.H. 4 + 55 N.) northeasterly, across the•former boundary line of
Danby Road to an existing manhole. The attached map is a portion of
the "as built" survey of Lotier Engineers, Inc_ Sheet No. 14 R, Town
of Ithaca File No. 813, the original of which drawings are on file
in the offices of the Town of Ithaca.
