paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,

Ithaca, County of Tompkins and State of New York, more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point in the center line of Seven Mile Drive
at the northeasterly corner of Parcel 1, as shown on the Survey map
hereinafter referred to; thence north 81 degrees 27 minutes west, at
252.9 feet passing through an iron pipe in a northwesterly corner of
said Parcel 1, a total distance of 415.9 feet to a point marked by a
set pipe; thence north 7 degrees 35 minutes east 152.7 feet to a
pipe; thence south 81 degrees 27 minutes east, at 246.7 feet passing
through a pin, a total distance of 415.9 feet to the center line of
Seven Mile Drive, said last course passing through a pipe set in a
westerly line of said Seven Mile Drive; thence south 7 degrees 35
minutes west 152.7 feet along the center line of said Seven Mile
Drive to the place of beginning.
BEING the same premises described in a deed from Adam
Francis Gatch to the grantors herein, dated October 3, 1988 and
recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office October 21, 1988 in
Liber 641 of Deeds at page 203.
SUBJECT to the rights of the public in, over, and across
that portion of the public highway included within the bounds of the
above premises and easements granted to the New York State Electric
& Gas Corporation and recorded in said County Clerk's Office in
Liber 215 of Deeds at page 532 insofar as the same may affect the
above -described premises.
REFERENCE is made to a certain survey map entitled "SURVEY
MAP - NO. 110 SEVEN MILE DRIVE - TOWN OF ITHACA, TOMPKINS COUNTY,
NEW YORK," dated January 21, 1987 and prepared by T.G. Miller
Associates, P.C., Engineers & Surveyors, a copy of which was
recorded in said Clerk's Office October 21, 1988 in Liber 624 of
Deeds at page 461.

the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to

any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "puq" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture
so requires.
