Frandsen dated July 17, 1989, recorded In said Clerk's Office in Book 647 of Deeds at Page 895; running thence north 83' 42' west along the southerly line of the portion of Park Lane previously conveyed to the Town of Ithaca by the deed above mentioned a distance of 60 feet to the west line of Park Lane as shown on the above referenced map; running thence south 60 18' west along the west line of Park Lane a distance of 41.69 feet to a monument; thence on a slight curve to the left on a curve having a radius of 460 feet a chord distance of 166.83 feet to a pin marking the intersection of a west line of Park Lane with the north line of future roads shown as "Edwin Drive" on said map; running thence South 68° V 30" west 3.93 feet to a point, said line running along a north line of said Edwin drive; running thence on a slight curve to the right with a radius of 72.38 feet a chord distance of 56.43 feet to a point; running thence across Edwin Drive on a bearing south 21° 54' 10" west a distance of 60 feet to the south line of Edwin Drive; running thence on a slight curve to the left with a radius of 132.38 feet a chord distance of 101.38 feet to a monument at the Intersection of the south line of Edwin Drive and the west line of Park Lane; running thence south 21" 58' 30" east along the west line of Park Lane 60 feet to an Iron pin; running thence across Park Lane north 68° V 30" east a distance of 60 feet to the east line of Park Lane; running thence north 21° 58' 30" west along an east fine of Park Lane 60 feet to a monument; running thence on a curve to the right with a radius of 400 feet a chord distance of 197.40 feet along the east line of Park Lane to a monument; running thence north 6° 18' east along said east line 41.69 feet to the point or place of beginning." BOTH PARCEL I AND PARCEL 11 BEING a portion of that property conveyed to William P. Frandsen by Quit Claim Deed of Eleanor P. Frandsen, dated January 4, 1987 and recorded August 27, 1987 in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office in Book 629 of Deeds at Page 680, having been previously conveyed to William P. Frandsen and Eleanor P. Frandsen by Warranty Deed of the Marine Midland Trust Company of New York dated November 26, 1964 and recorded December 1,1964 In the Tompkins County Clerk's Office in Book 464 of Deeds at Page 262. TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part In and to said premises, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, its heirs, executors, administrator and assigns forever.
