Fabbroni, a copy of which is filed in the Tompkins County Clerk s office concurrently herewith. L. a W. Railroad right of way; THENCE north 47610' west, along the northeasterly line of said former D. L. & W. SUBJECT to the following: 1. An easement granted to New York State Electric and Gas Corporation for a pole line easement by instrument recorded in the Tompkins county Clerks Office on October 30, 1956 in Liber 392 of Deeds at page 455. 2. An easement granted to New York State Electric and Gas Corporation for a gas pipe line easement by instrument recorded in the Tompkins County Clerks Office in Liber 394 of Deeds at page 410. BEING the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein by deed of Richard M. Brown and Mary N. Brown dated July 16, 1986 and recorded in the.Tompkins County Clerk's Office on August 26, 1986 in Liber 619 of Deeds at page 1026.
