County of Tompkins and State of New York, BZGZNNZNG at a point at the
northeast corner of the existing Woodgate Lane; thence North 781 42'
Nest along the northerly boundary of the existing Woodgate Lane a
distance of 60 feet to a point at the northwest corner of the existing
Woodgate Lane; thence North 100 56' East, a distance of 527.53 feet to a
point; thence South 790 04' East, a distance of 60 feet to a point;
thence South 100 56' West (passing through points marked by iron pipes
at 60 feet and 121.62 feet), a total distance of 527.92 feet to the
point of beginning, being a 60-foot-wide northerly extension of Woodgate
Lane to be known in the future as part of Woodgate Lane.

existing Woodgate Lane (which corner is the point of beginning of the
