DRARE and XIMM DRANS, of 1520 Mecklenburg Road, Ithaca, New York 14850, the Grantor, and 2 NN of =rAAGI, a Municipal Corporation formed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, having its principal office at 126 East Seneca Street, Ithaca, New York 14850, the Grantee 211MOM, that the Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, does hereby remise, release, and quitclaim unto the Grantee, its heirs and assigns forever, ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Ithaca, County of Tompkins and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point marked by pipes set at the northeasterly corner of premises conveyed by Madeline Drake to Donald M. Drake and 5 Helen Drake by Deed dated May 17, 1971, and recorded in the Tompkins ' County Clerk's office on that same date in Hook 492 of Deeds at page 432, which said pipe is Set in the northerly line of a future road shown on the map hereinafter referred to and attached to the abovementioned deed as "Woodgate Lana"; thence running South 830 East, 60 feet to the easterly side of said Woodgate Lane; thence running South 70 West and i along the easterly line of said lane to an old pipe marking the €9 northeasterly corner of the existing improved Woodgate Lane, running southerly to Poole Road; thence running North 820 45' West, 60 feet to a pipe marking the southeasterly corner of the parcel conveyed by Madeline Drake to Donald M. Drake and Helen Drake by the deed herein mentioned, said pipe also marking the northwesterly extremity of the existing extension of Woodgate Lane; thence running North 7° East and along the westerly line of said Woodgate Lane, which is also the easterly line of the abovementioned deed conveyed by Madeline Drake to Donald M. Drake and Helen Drake 588.5 feet to the point and place of beginning. The above described premises are described in the survey attached to the deed recorded in Liber 492 of Deeds at page 432. BEING the same premises conveyed by Madeline Drake to Donald M. Drake and Helen Drake by Deed dated May 11, 1973, and recorded in said Clerk's office on May 11, 1973 in Liber 507 of Deeds at page 337, which said conveyance was for right-of-way purposes; it being the intention of the Grantors herein to convey all of their right, title, and interest in said property to the Grantee herein, the use of which will be SUBJECT TO the rights of the public and Grantors herein to use said premises as a public highway.
