Tompkins, State of New York, and known and distinguished as all roads shown on Map

Court Subdivision," - revised January 28, 1992, filed in the office of the Clerk of
the County of Tompkins in Map Drawer 0, Sheets 107, 108 and 109 on .January 31, 1992
and more particularly described on attached Schedule A.
SUBJECT to all easements and restrictions of record.
TOGETHER with temporary easement to use all roads on said map until accepted by the Town
of Ithaca as public roads.
