Seneca Street, Ithaca, New York 14850, two temporary easements as follows: (1) the temporary easement as described in Schedule "A" herein for the purpose of a temporary turnaround on the property described in Schedule "A" which ,easement shall continue until such time that the road for the proposed Chase Farm Subdivision - Phase Two is completed and dedicated or !} :Z such other time that the parties hereto and/or their i = iU successors in interest may agree. At that time the grantee herein shall execute a release of the temporary easement set forth in Schedule "A" herein. This temporary easement shall continue until such time that such time that the road for the proposed Chase Farm Subdivision - Phase Two is completed and dedicated or such lesser time that the parties hereto and/or their successors in interest may agree. At that time the grantee herein shall execute a release of the temporary easement set forth in Schedule "B" herein.
