TEMPORARY EASEMENTS
CHASE FARM ASSOCIATES, A Limited Partnership, with
offices at 108 Ridgecrest Road, Ithaca, New York 14850,
hereinafter called the "Grantor", being the owner or having
an interest in land situate in the Town of Ithaca, County of
Tompkins and State of New York being known and designated as
Chase Farm Subdivision - Phase One as set forth on a survey
made of George Schlecht, dated January 9, 1989 and filed
February 22, 1989 in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office
Drawer M, Sheets 87 & 88, for and in consideration of the sum
of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby grant and release unto the Town of Ithaca, a
Municipal Corporation, having an office at 126 E. Seneca
Street, Ithaca, New York 14850, two temporary easements as
follows: (1) the temporary easement as described in Schedule
"A" herein for the purpose of a temporary turnaround on the
property described in Schedule "A" which ,easement shall
continue until such time that the road for the proposed Chase
Farm Subdivision - Phase Two is completed and dedicated or

iU successors in interest may agree. At that time the grantee
herein shall execute a release of the temporary easement set
forth in Schedule "A" herein.
(2) There is also granted to the grantee a temporary
easement for ingress and egress for emergency vehicles and

All that tract or parcel of land situate in Military Lot 99, Town
of Ithaca, County of Tompkins and State of New York,. being
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the northeast corner of lot 51, as said
lot is shown on the Chase Farm Subdivision Plat, made by George
Schlecht, P.E., L.S., dated January 9,1989;
Thence, S880-311-55t1W a distance of 50.00 feet to a point;
Thence, S010-281-05"E a distance of 50.00 feet to a point;
Thence, N880-311-5511E a distance of 53.68 feet to a point, said
point being on the westerly right-of-way line of Chase Lane as
shown on the aforementioned subdivision plat by George Schlecht,
P.E., L.S.;
Thence, N090-281-28"W, along the westerly right-of-way line of
Chase Lane, a distance of 2.66 feet to a point;
Thence, along a curve to the, right having a radius of 340.063
feet, an arc distance of 47.52 feet to the POINT or PLACE OF

All that tract or parcel of land situated in the Town of Ithaca,
County of Tompkins, State of New York being part of Military Lot
99 and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the southerly line of King Road East said
point being the northeast corner of Subdivision Lot 8, as said
lot is shown on The Final Plat of Chase Farm Subdivision - Phase
One", prepared by George Schlecht, P.E., L.S., dated 1-19-1989;

for construction vehicles of the grantor over the property
described in Schedule "B" herein. This temporary easement
shall continue until such time that such time that the road
for the proposed Chase Farm Subdivision - Phase Two is
completed and dedicated or such lesser time that the parties
hereto and/or their successors in interest may agree. At
that time the grantee herein shall execute a release of the
temporary easement set forth in Schedule "B" herein.
This Instrument shall be binding on and inure to the
benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has hereunto executed
