YORK, COUNTY OF TOMPKINS, TOWN OF ITHACA," by Clarence Brashear,
L.S., dated January 4, 1985, revised January 13, 1985, further
revised January 20, 1985, January 26, 1985 and December 1, 1985,
and as so finally revised filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's
Office on February 11, 1986.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the parties of the first part in and to said premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever.
AND said parties of the first part covenant as follows:
FIRST: That the party of the second part shall quietly
enjoy the said premises.
SECOND: 'That said parties of the first part will forever
warrant the title to said premises.
THIRD: That, in Compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,

BEGINNING at a point marked by a found pipe in the northwest
corner of premises now or formerly. of Luciano L. and Roseann Lama

West , a distance of 151 feet from a point in the Town of Dryden.
