SCHOENFELD , late of Ithaca, New York deceased, part y of the first part, and THE TOWN OF ITHACA, a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of the County of Tompkins and State of New York, with its principal office at 126 East Seneca Street, Ithaca, New York party of the second part: INS. That the party of the first part, by virtue of the power and authority to him given in and by and in consideration ofthe said last Will and Testament, ------- (lawful f f--0 N E--------------- 1'-'-'----- Dollars, .00s� ) law ul moneyo the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid by the part y of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the part y of the second part, it successors, representatives and assigns forever, all THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Ithaca, County of Tompkins and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEING all those premises in said township more particularly shown on the map hereinafter referred to, and bounded ou the west by the eesterly boundary of the premises conveyed to the Town of Ithaca by the Estate of Otto B. Schoenfeld by deed dated May 9, 1985 and recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office May 15, 1985 in Book 608 of Deeds at Page 942, (now known as Lexington West) and bounded on the east by the westerly line of the premises so conveyed to the Town of Ithaca by the deed dated January 12, 1976 and recorded in said Clerk's Office March 12, 1976 in Book 550 of Deeds at Page 570 (now known as a portion of Lexington West). All as shown on the map hereinafter referred to. This conveyance is made and accepted for highway purposes only and includes all sewer mains, water mains, manholes, fire hydrants and any other already installed utility lines and equipment owned by Otto B. Schoenfeld. The above description is made in accordance with a survey entitled "Plat of Williamsburg Park Subdivision Section 5 Plan 'C' Village of Cayuga Heights S Town of Ithaca" dated December 2, 1975 and filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office December 31, 1975 in Vault Box VI, refiled July 30, 1976 in Vault Box VII. BEING a portion of the same premises conveyed to Otto B. Schoenfeld by Deed of Emily F. Cornell Stagg dated December 11, 1948 and recorded in said Clerk's Office December 29, 1948 in Book 316 of Deeds at Page 410. The above premises may also be described as follows: BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of Lot 131 as shown on the map hereinabove referred to and thence running Sout 82° 46' 40" East and along the northerly line of the lots as shown on said map 540 feet to a point in the north line of Lot 167 marking the southwesterly corner of premises conveyed to the Town of Ithaca by the deed recorded in Book 550 at Page 570; thence running North 7° East and along the westerly line of the premises so conveyed by the last above -noted deed 60 feet to a point in the southerly line of Lot 154; thence running North 82° 46' 40" West 540 feet along said line of lots and the northerly line of Lexington Drive to a point in the southerly line of Lot 134 marking the northeasterly corner of the premises conveyed by the deed to the Town of Ithaca recorded in Book 608 of Deeds at Page 942; thence running South 70 00' West 60 feet to the point or place of beginning. • 625 nu 4 Xogr1#rr with the appurtenances, and ilea all the estate which the said Testat or had at the time of his decease, in said premises, Anb also the estate therein, which the party of the first part had or ha s power to convey or dispose of, whether individually, or by virtue of said Will or otherwise. go 30aat and to 3alb the premises herein granted unto the party of the Second part, its successors, representatives and assigns forever.
