paid by the part y of the second part, do hereby grant and release unto the
part y of the second part, its successors, and assigns forever,
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Ithaca,
County of Tompkins and State of New York, more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set in the northeast corner of premises
conveyed by the Grantors herein to Lawrence and Trinna Iacovelli
by deed dated December ^,l, 1986; thence south 84 24 east 210.88
feet to an iron pipe; thence south 70 36' west 308.42 feet to a
point which is 1.38 feet westerly of a found iron pipe; thence
north 840 24' west 202.67 feet to an iron pipe in the east bounds
of said Iacovelli premises; thence north 60 05' east 308.32 feet
to the point and place of beginning, containing• 1.47 acres of
land.
TOGETHER with a 20 foot right of way running from the northwest
corner of the above described premises westerly along the north
bounds of premises of the Grantors for approximately 300 feet and
then turning southerly and running to the centerline of Compton
Road. The said right of way to be for ingress and egress to the
above described premises, all as shown on the Subdivision Map
hereinafter referred to.
BEING a portion of premises conveyed to the Grantors h ein by
Esther Schembri Hollister by deed dated March 20, 1985 and
recorded in said Clerk's Office on March 22, 1985 in Book 607 of
Deeds at page 685.
The above described premises are more particularly shown on a
survey map entitled, SUBDIVISION MAP ROBERT G. &THERESA L.
BERGGREN - DEVELOPER SCHEMBRI-HOLLISTER ESTATES COMPTON ROAD,
MILITARY LOT 86, TOWN OF ITHACA TOMPKINS COUNTY, NEW YORK",
,prepared by T. G. Miller Associates P.C., Engineers, and
Surveyors, Ithaca, New York, a copy of which map was filed on
December 23, 1986 in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office in Vault
Box VII, M.
