TOGETHER with a 20 foot right of way running from the northwest corner of the above described premises westerly along the north bounds of premises of the Grantors for approximately 300 feet and then turning southerly and running to the centerline of Compton Road. The said right of way to be for ingress and egress to the above described premises, all as shown on the Subdivision Map hereinafter referred to. BEING a portion of premises conveyed to the Grantors h ein by Esther Schembri Hollister by deed dated March 20, 1985 and recorded in said Clerk's Office on March 22, 1985 in Book 607 of Deeds at page 685.
