January 24, 1986, revised February 16, 1986, further revised February 21, 1986
and lastly revised April 15, 1986 and filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's
Office May 7, 1986 in Vault Box 10, Slot B, labeled "Terrace View Drive",
.ind "Towerview Drive" on said map.
This grant is made for the purpose of a Town Road or Street, and is intended
to include water mains and sewer mains in said streets and is intended to
further include an easement for*sewer 20 feet in width in parallel lines,
which said easement is bounded on the north by the southerly line of premises
occupied by the Gospel Tabernacle of the Christian and Missionary Alliance,
Ithaca, New York, and running from said Terrace View Drive to New York State
Route No. 79 all as shown on said map.
BEING a portion of the same premises conveyed to Ivar R. Jonson and Janet B.
Jonson by deed of Gladys W. Blatchley dated 5/21/86 and recorded in the
Tompkins County Clerk's Office on May 29, 1986 in Book 617 of Deeds at Page 240.
SUBJECT TO an easement for access conveyed to Douglas H.
Armstrong and Lucia L. Armstrong by Deed recordedin Liber 509
of Deeds at Page 566, to which Deed reference is made for further
description of said easement.
