BEING a portion of the same premises conveyed to Ivar R. Jonson and Janet B. Jonson by deed of Gladys W. Blatchley dated 5/21/86 and recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office on May 29, 1986 in Book 617 of Deeds at Page 240. SUBJECT TO an easement for access conveyed to Douglas H.
