Schoenfeld dated December 10, 1969 and recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office on the same date in Book 485 of Deeds at Page 185, said iron pipe marking the southwesterly corner of premises conveyed to the Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter -Day Saints by deed dated July 3, 1969 and recorded in said Clerk's Office on the same date in Book 482 of Deeds at Page 212; thence running north 60 53' east along the westerly line of said Church premises, being also the: easterly lint: of a road laL.lcd "Lexington Drive" on the map hereinafter referred to and also through other lands of Otto B. Schoenfeld a total distance of 855.08 feet to the northwesterly corner of a Lot numbered 131 on said map hereinafter referred to; thence running south 820 46 ' 40" east and along the southerly line of said Lexington Drive 110.78 feet to the northeasterly corner of Lot No. 131; thence running north 70 00' east and across said Lexington Drive 60 feet to a point in the southerly line of a Lot shown on said map as Lot 134; thence running north 820 46' 40" west to the southeasterly corner of said Lot No. 134; thence continuing at the same angle and along the northerly line of Lexington Drive 100 feet to the southwesterly corner of Lot No. 130 on said map; thence running north 831 10' 20" west and along the northerly line of Lexington Drive 50.78 feet to a corner; thence running south 60 53' west and along the westerly line of said Lexington Drive 915.20 feet to a pipe set in the northerly line of Burleigh Drive conveyed to the Town of Ithaca and the Village of Cayuga Heights as above - noted; thence running north 83° 17' east and along the northerly line of • is • • • UDER 608 FACE 943 Burleigh Drive 60 feet to the iron pipe marking the point or place of beginning. This conveyance is made and accepted for highway purposes only and includes all sewer mains, water mains, manholes, fire hydrants and any other already installed utility lines and equipment owned by Otto B. Schoenfeld. The above description is made in accordance with a survey entitled "Plat of Williamsburg Park Subdivision Section 5 Plan 'C' Village of Cayuga Heights & Town of Ithaca" dated December 2, 1975 and filed in the Tompkins County'Clerk's Office December 31, 1975 in Vault Box VI, refiled July 30, 1976 in Vault Box VII. Being a portion of the same premises conveyed to Otto B. Schoenfeld by deed of Emily F. Cornell Stagg dated December 11, 1948 and recorded in said Clerk's Office December 29, 1948 in Book 316 of Deeds at Page 410. Mogetber with the appurtenances, and also all the estate which the said testator had at the time of his decease in said premises, and also the estate therein, which the part y of the first part ha s or ha s power to convey or dispose of, whether individually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise.
