BEGINNING AT A POINT marking the northeast corner of Parcel
No. 1 of Block 2 as shown on Map 2 referred to above, which
point of beginning is in the southerly line of Christopher Circle
Extension approximately 270 feet easterly from the intersection
of the south line of Christopher Circle Extension and the easterly
line of Brandywine Road extended to the south as shown on Map 1
referred to above; running thence south 4° 41' 41" west a distance
of 869.98 feet to a point in the northerly line.of St. Catherine
Circle, as already dedicated to the Town of Ithaca, (see deed
from Arthur A. Prince recorded February 15, 1972 in the .Tompkins
County Clerk's office in Liber 498 of Deeds at Page 958) said
point also being the southeast corner of Lot No. 7A, Block No. 2
as shown on Map 2 referred to above; running thence in,a south-
easterly direction along the northerly line of St. Catherine

the northerly line of previously conveyed portions of Blackstone
Avenue, a distance of 143 feet more or less to a point, which

of land extending from the above described 60 foot parcel northerly
to the southerly line of Christopher Circle Extension as actually
dedicated to the Grantee, and/or to the northerly line of St.
Catherine Circle as actually dedicated to the Grantee.
Being a portion of the premises conveyed to Robert C. Hamilton
by Arthur A. Prince by deed dated and recorded January 31, 1974
