party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever, all
THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Ithaca, County
of Tompkins and State of New York, described as Lisa Lane as shown
on a survey map entitled "MAP OF IVAR JONSON SUBDIVISION - IVAR
JONSON OWNER AND DEVELOPER OF TEXAS LANE EXT., TOWN OF ITHACA -
TOMPKINS COUNTY, NEW YORK" made by Clarence W. Brashear, Jr., Licens
Land Surveyor, dated April 26, 1979 and revised May 14, 1979 and
approved by the Tompkins County Health Department on April 30, 1979
and the Planning Board of the Town of Ithaca on May 15, 1979 and
filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office on May 18, 1979 in
cabinet 2, envelope 20 and more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
COMMENCING at a point set at the northeast corner of premises now
owned by Keller (560/102); thence running southerly along said
Keller's east line 172.8 feet to the southeast corner thereof; thence
S 100 55' W 219.5 feet to a point; thence southerly about 85 feet to
a point; thence S Oa 55' W, 61.7 feet to a point; thence along a
curve to the southwest being along a cul de sac with a radius of
50 feet,52.2 feet to a point; continuing thence southeast along said
cul de sac 50 feet to a point; continuing thence east along said cul
de sac 51.5 feet to a point; continuing thence northeast along said
cul de sac 49.4 feet to a point; continuing thence northwest along
said cul de sac 59.4 feet to a point; thence N 0° 55' E 106.3 feet
to a point; thence N 10° 55' E, 264.6 feet to a point marking the
southwest corner of premises owned by Schmitt (555/322 ); thence
northerly along said Schmitt's west line 174.3 feet to a point set in
a southeasterly circumference line of a turn -around having a 50 foot
radius; thence westerly along the circumference line of said turn-
around to a point 50 feet, measured in a direct line, west from the
last mentioned point, to the point or place of beginning.
The above described premises are subject to a right of way for
electric, telephone and television cables and gas lines conveyed to
the New York State Electric and Gas Corporation and New York Teleph
Company by instrument dated September 13, 1979 and recorded in said
Clerk's Office in Liber 573 of Deeds,at page 37
