of Lansing, Town of Lansing, County of Tompkins, State of New York,
and being the same premises conveyed by Lucie G. Bolton to the Town
of Lansing by deed dated December 17, 1970, recorded in the Tompkins
County Clerk's Office on October 4, 1972 in Liber 498 of Deeds at
Page 802, title to which premises vested in the Village of Lansing
pursuant to the provisions of the Village Law upon the incorporation
of the Village on December 19, 1974. The description in said deed
is hereby incorporated herein by reference as if more fully set forth.

the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any
part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
