the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein together with the
same rights and subject to the same easements and restrictions as
were contained in the deed from James S. Zifchock to the Town of
Ithaca dated April 3, 1974, recorded April 4, .1974 in the Tompkins
County Clerk's Office in Liber 518 of Deeds at Page 6. The entire
description of the said premises contained in said deed is hereby
-incorporated herein by reference as if more fully set forth.
