the Tompkins County Clerk's Office in Isi.ber 356 of Deeds at page 304.
The above described premises are shown as Hudson Street Extension on.
the map hereinafter referred to and are bounded by other premises of the
grantees herein on all sides excepting Hudson.Street, which adjoins on the
west.

1. The rights of the public in, over, and across that portion of 1
the above described premises included within the bounds of Hudson Street.
2. Any and all easements for public utilities of record and
as shown on said map.
The above described premises are shown on a map entitled "Composite
Map of bands of Therm,Inc.-Hudson Street Extension -Town of Ithaca,New York",
dated September 1,1970,prepared by Thomas G.Miller,licensed surveyor being i
filed concurrently herewith.
This conveyance is made pursuant to a resolution of the Town Board of
the Town of Ithaca duly adopted on the llth day of August, 1980.
This conveyance is made.to complete the discontinuance of the said Hudson Street
Extension as a Town Highway. All steps to discontinue Hudson Street Extension as a Town
Highway pursuant to Section 171 of New York State Highway Law have been taken by the
Town of Ithaca.
