by the Tompkins County Health Department August 14, 1978, and filed
in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office January 14, 1980 in the,Vault
Box VIII , bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at
an iron pin in the eastorly line of DuBois Road opposite a pipe in the
center line of said Road, which is north 14a S9' SO" west, 580.64 feet
from its intersection with the center line of Indian Creek Road; thenc
on a curve to the left with a radius of 60 feet and an interior angle
of 90°, a distance of 94.25 feet to a pin; thence north 7S° 00' 10"
east, 466:26 feet to an iron pin; thence on a curve to the right with
a radius of 1673.69 feet, a distance of 525.15 feet to an iron pin;
thence south 870 Olt 18" east, 287.71 feet to an iron pin; thence on

feet to an iron pin; thence to the right along the perimeter of a
circular turn -around having a radius of 4S feet and -an interior angle

508.33 feet to an iron pin; thence north 87° 01' 18" west, 281.71 feet
to an iron pin; thence on a curve to the left with a radius of 1613.80
