The Town will restrict its operations to the mimimum feasihle width for said right of way. The Town, wheneve,- any work is done on the Grantor's Premises, wil restore the surface of said premises to substanti.aliv the same condition as before such work was done, without expense to the own. The locations of said storm sewer pipe is shown on a sketch thereof ; made by Larry Fabbronix, Town Engineer, showing the location of th !said drainage easement. The permanent easement is 10 feet in :width and the general location is sho•-,n on said sketch. The said sketch is not a survey of the property. For a description of said property reference is made to the map Of the Williamsburg Park Subdivision 43, Simsbury Drive Developmen Of Otto B. Schoenfeld, dated December, 1967, Final Additions made August 12, 1968, made by Thomas G. Miller, and approved by the 1jTown Planning Board August 12, 1968, and filed in the Tompkins Count-y Clerk's Office on the 27th day of December, 1968, on which the map the grantors' property is shown as Lot #78.
